5 year old DF42 displays error code 10. Can’t find any reference to this anywhere. Suspect inlet valve or control board as no water enter on any program, but like to confirm before dismantling!

It relates to a filling ‘time-out’ problem. Either the inlet filter is blocked, the valve itself faulty or the water level system is in need of attention?
