    Hi,
    the detergent dispenser has been failing to open on my Diplomat. Having done some searches on this site, it seems I need a replacement and have ordered one here via spares@.

    I was hoping that someone could provide some instructions on how to replace the existing dispenser, or at least how to get started. There are no obvious screws or fastenings – does it just prise off with a screw driver?

    Also, I just wanted to say this site is excellent. A few months ago I used it to resolve an issue with the same machine stopping a few seconds into the cycle. I managed to do a soft-reset thanks to information found here.

    You need to access the inner part of the dispenser by seperating the door panels Scott. Remove the wooden outer door 1st 😉

    Power off when fitting please :zap:
