    basically it has not been cleaning very well and today it did not fill with water.checked the hose and filter at back and not blocked.when turned on it makes a buzzing sound but no water seem to enter the machine.

    The buzzing is most likely the drain pump. Unplug the machine and tip it backwards about 45 degrees to see if any water leaks out of the base?

    UNPLUG THE ELECTRICS FIRST OK? :zap:

    ok tried that only water is coming from the inlet (slow drip)and the out let pipe(probably leftover from last wash).

    Now start it on any wash programme, then once it starts do a ‘reset’ (thats pressing the 1st and 3rd programme buttons in together for 2 seconds) that should reset to ZERO then it should switch off after 60 secs…let me know what happens????

    ok did what you said made a buzzing sort of sound then switched off(buzzing sound stopped).

    Turn it back on again and it should ‘buzz’ for around 30 seconds then fill and carry on as normal?
    If it doesn’t then try a local independent repairer to see what the problem is: Repairs@

    right it seem to be working now,though have not done a whole wash yet. Thank you very much for that.

    Silly I know, bit is the tap turned on and the inlet filter clean??
