ModeratorI always get a little tentative of floating an idea cos one of you twats have usually thought of it allready but havn’t had time to tell me.
So here goes,I was just thinking that if projet x was to take off like a rocket and due to the interest that we are whipping up this could be a real possibility. Then the whole project could be stalled while we wait for more product to be built due to long production lead times.
Therefore might it be worth considering selling some shares in the project
and use the funds generated to source more product, so that people will not loose faith in having to wait for product if we sell out too quickly. The whole edict behind ukw and ise is to keep the indies included in all that we are doing and I can think of no better way than to give them the oppurtunity of owning a stake in it.
The maths I obviousley leave to you but if you are looking for total passionate comittment by ukw members to push this project forward to thier customers then I would suggest that you consider this proposal.
We already have guy’s in the subscribers forum who have been asking about this very topic but we have not had any tangible assets to sell shares in, other than the site itself. Well we all know that that is about to change.

A suggestion then….
We will from 1st February have to fund the ISE office within Nursery St. Whilst UKW is loaning £20,000 to ISE as set up costs, it won’t go far when you consider that we will have to fund the office being manned along with ACH development ect.
So I think Sean you have an idea worth consideration.
We could certainly do with the extra finance to see us through, and we should investigate the legal possibilities of selling UKW or ISE shares to investors.
If UKW then the money can be loaned to ISE as before, if ISE ones, I would allow 30,000 of mine to be sold and reinvested into ISEKevin

My head’s been full of cotton wool for a few days and i’ve stayed off this.
But… why?
There’s shares of UKW that we can sell which should carry more value and leaves us in a stronger position to control ISE. That was part of the point of the stuff that I did with the shares.
Apart from which the value may (probably) not raise enough capital to actually make a huge difference at this point in time anyway as it is really a “start-up” company.
So I say feck it, let’s just get on with it.
