Hello there, I would be grateful if anybody has any ideas regarding this problem. The heater on the top of the drum seems to be generating a lot of heat, the path from the heater to the access point at the top of the drum seems to be clear of obstruction. However the clothes are not getting dry and the drum remains cold. I cannot seem to find a filter, I had a vague notion that it may have been bunged up. Any help would be much appreciated.

The plastic condenser unit that attaches to the back of the machine and into the heater box and fan unit will need stripping and cleaning. Also check the water is turned on and is flowing slowly thru the black nozzle on the top of the rear panel (black lid cover needs lifting to inspect whislt in operation) 😉
