I have one of these and it keep sleaking water i think from the freezer. There is a paddle on the floor most days. I have defrosted it and turned it back on and it works again fine but then the bottom of the freezer freezes up so that i can’t get the bottom tray out as it’s stuck fast. Any ideas anyone? or shall I call an engineer to look at it.

Two things to check really shortfuse, one is the drainage channel in the fridge is free of blockages (as described in the user manaul) and the other possibilty is the defrost drain tube at the rear has come adrift. On top of the compressor at the rear of the appliance is a water collection tray, check that the hose(s) feeding it aren’t aiming at the floor 😉

The drain channel in freezer will be blocked with ice and possibly the whole evaporator system. I would certainly get an engineer out as there could be many reasons why this has happened.
Try repair@ for your nearest engineer.
