    bottom freezer tray gets iced up
    seems to be water leakage
    do I need to remove back panel within freezer to unblock?
    how do remove it?
    is it safe to do so?

    There’s a problem with the defrost cycle or drain, possibly a heater or thermostat failure by the sound sof it.

    Model number please for further info 🙂
