ParticipantHas anyone got the part no for a Hoover Drum Paddle Mod No ACM16UK. Supplier(using Hoover Web site) and Hoover give me 0387053 but this fits flush with rear of drum and location tags not the same as original. Original paddle fits midway and closed off both ends. Thanks

MickGeorge,
Give us the 8 digit product number of this machine ( label on the back beginning with 3???????) that way we can ensure the right version 😉
John’s part number is open at one end and likely not the one you want?

03870539 should be correct but, check the product number is 31000269 (first part of the serial number) as I know Candy have changed the outer tub design and it wouldn’t surprise me at all if they hadn’t changed the inner 🙄

ParticipantHey Guys, I’m impressed by the quick response to the post – sorry I was not arround when you replied I logged off not really expecting much but there again this was only my first post after joining yesterday. Looks like I missed the last digit of the part no – should have been 03870539. This is the open ended paddle fitted to the rear of the drum. The paddle I’m after is enclosed either end and fits midway. It could be a later tub and drum fitted as machine only 18mths – 2yrs old. Ser.No. of machine is 3100026903167806. Thanks

Some of the new models are using 41001234. Don’t know if it is the correct one for yours as the parts list definitely gives the number you already have. 😕 It looks like the high spin speed machines have the 41001234 and the lower ones have 03870539. Worth a try. 🙂

ParticipantThanks Flyman, will try that one and let you know. 🙂

Participant41001234 are the right paddles – the machine was a 1600 rpm spin so THANKS Flyman for that info. Nice to know there are still engineers out there who know what’s what! 🙂
