Just to let you all know that during my meeting with Graeme this morning he was excellent. He took the news extremely well and had more than an inkling it was coming. He told me of disscussions with his wife where he’d disscussed how we could pay him for not much output. Also that at Sibson the trainers had talked between thenselves over the apparent lack of training venues.

So, make sure you chat to Graeme at some point before Sean picks up all his stuff.

Sean, I have advised Graeme he can keep the car until we return from Kilmarnock next week. Can you organise with Graeme picking up the car and all equipment the week after. You did mention getting a train…but I’ll leave it to you to work out with Graeme the exact details.

All in all, a sad day for me. I’m sorry to have to lose Graeme but realize the need. What we have to do now is turn it around, or we will lose the lot by the end of March if were not performing.

I suggest we have a good chin wag at Kilmarnock on this subject, whilst Kenneth is focussing his lense!
