There seems to be a little confusion on this, so I’ll explain it simply…
Level 1
Sales and service of own product as well as products sold by others. May also be requested to install and commision products sold by others, including UKW website sales.
Level 2
Sales and service of own sold products. You may be asked to help out with a service call now and again but generally theses would go to Level 1 first.
Level 3
Sales only.
