Dishwasher remains in wash cycle. If you press both pre-rinse cold & quick wash buttons you can move programmer on to the rinse cycle where it will progress for a little while then remain stuck in rinse cycle.

Is it heating the water? Programme holds until wash temperature is reached.

Also, please find the rest of the model number 🙂 .
