    Subject says it all really. It’s under guarantee (second failure in 6 months) but just wondered what it was. Stuck solonoid? It doesn’t fill if the power is switched off.

    If it doesnt fill when it is off then power is being applied to the solenoid valve to let the water in for some reason. This could be board/pressure system fault/wiring etc.
    To Hotpoint for a repair!
