    Hi, the upper rotor/arm has fallen off into the machine. I cant seem to find a way to reattach it to the plastic thing on the back of the machine. Theres nothing obviously smashed and no debris, but it doesnt look possible to reattach. the whole arm and rotor has come off.

    any help, id rather not pay £89 for a callout to be embarrassed.

    It doesn’t attach to the part at the rear, it clips to the underside of the upper basket. When the basket is pushed back and the door closed the two meet 🙂

    Doh !,

    thanks a bunch, your help is much appreciated. I feel a bit silly now.

    My wife is upset as it was all the excuse that she was looking for, for buying a new integrated unit.,,,stay away from manchester for a while as the storm clouds will be there in the morning 😀
