    Hi I have a Margherita 2000 AWD12 Advantage washer/dryer that has stopped drying. The machine drains ok on all the different cycles and I have checked the pump drain for objects (In the past I removed the classic 20p’s and cotton buds)and ended up with a wet floor and nothing else. The window still gets warm but the clothes are not geting dry. Any suggestions ?

    Yes, often the condenser unit blocks up or the fan fails, so a bit of expert attention the best recommendation here 😉

    Try a local independent engineer to take a look for you here :

    :Dwow, many thanks for the fast reply Martin!!If I know what I’m looking for and where its hidden I’m happy to check out the condenser and make sure the fan is running ok (I’m an engineer, medical electronics). I dont think I can make it any worse ! It’ll just mean a bigger bill when I call in the experts !!
