    Hi,
I’ve had this Beko FC140 since May 05 and it seems to collect water inside under the drain hole. The hole doesnt appear to be blocked, I’ve shoved wire down it to try and clear it. The tray at the back does have water in it but only when I poke it through. It just doesnt seem to drain correctly it just collects and pools under the salad crisper. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The pipe may be blocked that feeds from the drain hole to the pot on top of the compressor.

    Regards
    Simon.

Thanks for the reply. It is blocked yes, but no matter what I put down it it doesn’t clear it. I think its packing foam or something like that. Thanks anyway

It turned out to be packing foam which the manufacturer had sprayed up the drain hole and around the compressor. I removed it with a dental mirror, a fondue fork and a long piece of bendy net curtain wire. Its now fine thanks.
