Help please !
My Stoves Electric Oven is heating and the on indicator light is on as soon as I turn my cooker on at the wall socket even althought the oven is turned off. The only way to put the light out and thus stop the oven from heating is to switch the whole appliance off again at the wall socket. Any suggestions ?

The thermostat may have failed by the sound of it. It may also be the knob is spinning on the shaft and not turning the thermostat off even though the knob is indicating it is.
Pull the knob off and check for damage, if that is OK, you’ll probably need an engineer to change the thermostat for you, Repairs@ should provide one 🙂
