    I’ve got the above (a 1999 model) and it has decided to stop spinning. I’m not sure (never use it myself you understand) but my wife thinks its not filling enough (!). When a programme is switched on it does allow water in for a short while. I can also hear the controls making various clicks.

    Any suggestions gratefully received.

    Motor brushes worn out Ade I would think. Get a local independent engineer to fix them for you. Click on here
