Hi
I have a Bosch Maxx it WFR 2860,
When i select a cycle, the display comes up with ready, on starting the program. the message “water tap closed? is displayed.
I have checked the water tap is turned on, the hose is not kinked and i have cleaned the inlet filter.
Any ideas on what else i can try?

Most likely the inlet valve or flow sensor have failed. If it is under 2yrs old then call out Bosch to fix it under guarantee http://www.bshappliancecare.co.uk
If it is over 2yrs old then get a local independent to check it out here: Repairs@

Do you hear water entering appliance? If so it will be the flow through sensor as Martin said p/no – 422275
If you can’t hear water entering appliance one or both valves may have failed.
As always disconnect before attempting any investigation :plug:

Yep water is entering, do you know where i can get a flow through sensor p/no – 422275 £11.20 +vat from?
