can anyone please help, my 14 month old indesit widl126 stops working half way through a wash cycle, when it stops the red lock LED flashes very fast and the delay, easy iron and the 1200-600 green LED’s flash constantly but a great deal slower than the red light. Does this mean anything to anyone, i.e. is it a fault code 😕

Funny thing, my WIDL126 did the same thing this afternoon (except only 2 of the LEDs flashed slowly). It then blew the fuse!

Sounds like you may have a draining problem, check your filter and drain plumbing

Mine did the same thing last Wednesday (see post Thu Nov 24). The Indesit repair man came saturday morning & replaced the control module.

If your machine is still in warranty the repair won’t cost anything. If not it might be cheaper from an independent repairer, but I don’t know!Re: indesit widl 126 stops.

For heavens sake – if one of our trade members knows what the light codes mean, will they please post them in the error codes thread in Trade Tech? Soonest…….

Crucial actually Mike. As each new generation of appliances comes out, we start the ritual battle of trying to extract technical information from the manufacturers. Most basic of these are the error codes put out by the machines when they fault. Whilst they are not a magic bullet to repairing machines they do help with the dignostic process – especially on a site like this where we are helping people remotely.
