    Hi there could anybody tell me if it is possible to replace the sensors and the temperature controll module up in the top front of the fridge. I have been out to a couple of these now and the board seems to be stuck (will only move about half an inch) .Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated 😆 😯 :stir:

    I can only find a CPA3711 listed with “CPA” as the prefix.

    Have you got the product number there beginning with 3……. ? It’s the first part of the serial number.

    Some of the Candy/Hoovers the cables are very tight as they are held in a cable clip at the rear of the cabinet. Remove the clip and you should have plenty of spare cable to get the board right out. 😀

    🙁 Thanks for the help but they decided to replace it 🙁 . They also gave me the wrong model no ,its correct modl was CPCA270FFK.many thanks.
