Wot?
Coupled to sink, pump motor gets knackered, spider gives way – drum saws through tub front. Eee, it’s just like an old 17 series Creda. Except I’m going to have to take the tank out.

It’s only 15 months old………

The only time I ever did a Creda 17 series bearing job (with carbon face seal) I got called back the following week to sort out a leak. It was the bearing seal leaking. I spent some more hours on it and changed the seal again and it still leaked and I just gave up and refunded the money.
Never again.

The prices are rough one’s from Masterpart, special order shaft and front plate.
