    Machine has stopped at the rinse cycle.
    When I reset the progamme, to start again it makes the right noises but nothing happens.
    After about 5mins it beeps and returns an error code of E20.
    any suggestions.

    No drain in time allowed. Filter badly blocked (common), pump failure (fairly common), drain hose nipped/trapped (it happens), possible electronics problem (unusual).

    Model number required if in-depth analysis required.

    Power off if you find you need to go inside.

    Have you checked the above Penguin mentioned ?

    Filter blockage being the most common 😉
