Hi Steve, I once had exactly this problem, and in the end it turns out to be a software problem when fitted to certain models and the only cure is to fit a pre-configured module. 👿

Will try and source one from Electrolux, Anyone know who repairs these boards? Tried EMW but they cannot source components.

http://www.qer.biz/prodRepairs.asp 😉
Type “EWM2000” in the search field, send off and repair service only though, no exchange 🙂

Spoke to Electrolux today and they only sell non configured boards ❗
Rang to speak to electrolux tech, but gave up after 30 mins of being on hold :eeek: (could have had a Bosch upside down and everything according to the other thread 😉 :rotfl: )
Have lost TDS at moment ( usuall teething problems with new installation)
Anyone know if new disc has any info on this problem. Have correct board according to Electrolux 🙄

Zanussi FJD1666w, PNC 914513519/00
Start to configure module then it just locks up, wont let you press any buttons at all. Last error code is obviously E93

Tubs, did you go into the fault system before you took the old board out to see if it had a fault registered? If there is a fault on say the motor then the machine will not let you configure a new board. 😕 Many of the fault codes are hidden from the customer and will only show when you go into the test system.

Hi Flyman
Machine had waste pump running all the time (this is normal in some fault conditions) and control leds like something out of close encounters of the third kind.
Yes went into dignostics and had E 51 if i remember correctly (motor triac short circuit) anyway checked and replaced main motor and done the usual loom checks. Upon furher inspection found that the recirculating pump was just a melted blob, bugger to spot under that white cover at first glance (measured just 20 ohms) Looking at circuit ties in with Main motor triacs, possibly why I had E51 in the first place ❗
So of course have E93 on new board (wrong config code)
Thoughts pleaseSteve

Steve the code you have is definitely right and the part number is right so I still think you have another fault somewhere on the machine. Did you see any visible signs of damage to the old board? 😕
