I have a Maxol Majestic built-in oven, dating from 1982-1988.
The main oven won’t light on automatic setting (it does light with a match when I select manual override).
Will it be worthwhile getting someone to fix it, i.e. is it still possible to get spare parts ? Or is it time to get a new oven ?Re: Can I get spare part for old Maxol Majestic Oven
It sounds like the generator has failed which will be obsolete from the original manufacturer as are all Maxol spares but quite a few parts are generic.
A good Corgi registered appliance engineer should be able to source something for you if that is the cause 😉
