    Hi
    three weeks after guarantee ran out, a problem…

    When the Circotherm setting selected, fan runs but no heat.
    although Radiant grill and Circ-roasting settings seem to work ok…

    Any help to explain much appreciated.

    You will need a new FAN ELEMENT replacement 🙁

    There are 3 variants of the model you have, therefore please provide the FULL model number to get the correct part. OR contact the link below for someone to fix it for you 💡

    i will check the door for the full model number.

    One further thing , to replace the element, can this be done entirely from inside the oven or do I need to have access to the rear of it ?

    Usually it can be replaced without the need of removing the oven, just the backplate 😉

    Element ordered Thursday, arrived Saturday , fitted it later that day all sorted ! Many thanks for the quick help, a great resource and service.
