My g/f has a built-in Neff oven (in rented accommodation, so we don’t want to spend tons fixing it!).

The rubber seal around the oven door has expired, but we can;t see any model number of the visible part of the oven. How can we find out what it is, on order to obtain a replacement?

There is usually another sticker with the E-NR on it.

Sometimes on one of the side panels, sometimes on the back. Obviously oven must be removed from housing.

Power off just to be on the safe side!!!

Thank you. How do we get it out of the housing?

Normally a woodscrew on either side of oven cavity.
