    Hello,
I purchased a used Bocuse Range about 3 months ago in Southern California. Unforunately, as soon as I had it installed (to the best of my electrician’s abilities, especially since he did not have an installation manual), neither one of my ovens worked. I have been only able to use the cookers on top. I have called for service, however, they (the service men) are lost because of the fact that it is from Europe. They do not even want to look at it. I have emailed the Hoover group for a manual, but have not received a response. Their customer service is horrible. I am writing to you to ask your advice. Do you have any suggestions as to why both ovens may not be working? The convection fan does not even turn on. Could it be the heating elements? About how much are they with shipping included? Should I just dump this stove? Help me please!
Thanks so much in advance for your time!

Check the connections on the terminal block, it sounds as if they are wired incorrectly.

If the top’s working you have power going in – if the ovens are not working you should check that the programmer/timer unit is set to manual – usually some sort of “hand” symbol. Nothing happens if you’re in the “timed” mode and it isn’t set OR if the clock hasn’t been set in the first instance.
