ParticipantWhen turned on, machine tries filling, I could hear 4 or 5 soft clack trying to open valve, followed by beep 3/off 1/beep 3 .goes on.
Went into diagnostics, Error Code 01101011
Meantime, I opened circuitboard, found a bit of corrosion, sprayed cleaner and fitted back.
Now I have a new problem: When I turn ON at the wall, it beeps once & all LEDs self test, but next time when I press POWER, nothing happens. I can’t even go into diagnostics anymore.
Can anyone please help me out?
Thanks.

Motor control board has crashed, Wheel. P/no 425260, I believe you can get reconditioned/exchange units at a sensible price.

No – top board is the “Display board” – you need the big one beneath it.
Good luck,

Today I bought the unit and replaced. Unfortunately the response is no different.
It goes through self test, all LEDs light up sequentially then goes off. No further response when POWER is pressed.
I am beginning to suspect the 2 micro switches- one on the display board (does it get activated when the lid is open?) – the other in the right hand side beside motor control board, which may have dislocated when plugs were pulled. They both click alright, I checked one of them with AVO meter, it works fine.
Does any one have a picture of top right corner, beneath display board?
Just to check whether I have mounted right way.
Thanks

Could anyone tell me where can I get a service manual (if at all possible) for this machine?
I am in Auckland, NZ
Thanks

Double check lid switch – front right of top deck. It’s a reed type – circuit is completed by magnet in lid.

Try pressing one off the wash buttons should turn the power on. The power will still turn the power on with lid open or closed it will just not fill
Did you spray the display or motor module first of all with wd40
ADVICE FOR THE REST READING DO NOT SPRAY THE SWITCHS
I tried that once 🙄

Yes, James I confess now ,that I did spray Electronic components spray(CRC) , quick evaporating spray, on the back of the display board, where I thought I saw some burn marks!
Thanks for your other advice and I will try that trick and let you know results.
