Checked mains switch and door switch they’re ok, had a poke around with the testers and everything seems bob on, but this thing will not start.
Switch on nothing happens, open the door and the mains neon flickers.
I’m guessing its the timer but anyone else had this fault? Oh and 240v to the switch but goes to 84v when I press the on button.

Broken neutral or live in mains supply it seems, machine brings down the mains voltage when the load is on, i’d check the mains supply. May be faulty plug, socket or switch or mains connection at machine. Have found problems with dishwashers with cable coming up door, they usually break at the hinged part of door..

The on/off switch on these burns out the nuetral connections easily, this would be my call.

Had a dodgy water valve on a 2 y old Beko dw a while back. Have you checked it? Could be a mechanical fault within it or “safety” magnet sticking.
    Mike.
PS new valve was only a tenner from Seme.

Well turned out to be the age old door loom problem. Neutral gone in hinged section of door and poorly fitted loom.
