    Hi

My dishwasher stoped with an error code F3 (something about the heating system)

After doing the 10 sec on/off reset i have run several programmes

the system fills in the bottom with water

if its on a hot run the unit fills with steam (as per normal)

when u cancel/finish a programme the unit drains all the water from the bottom

i have checked the filters and they seam clean

no matter what programme you run no error codes are generated

When you run any programme you can hear it filling with water, the problem apears to be that no water is getting sprayed out of the arms, the tablet compartment is open with half the tablet inside and bits of tablet all down the front. No sound of water whosing can be heard when the programmes running just a humming noise.

I read in one of the posts on this forum that sometimes a circulating pump can get blocked, does this sound like my problem, if so are there any diagrams as to how to get to the pump?

    Thanks

    Hedge

It’s either blocked, siezed or the capacitor has failed by the sound of it.

We can’t legally tell you how to repair it, only give general guidance, suffice to say the motor is underneath (logically ;))

Power off please if checking yourself :zap:

Alternatively, check the repairs@ link below for an engineer 🙂

Normally not that long but as Xmas is approaching everyone is a lot busier.

Please send an email to admin@ukwhitegoods.co.uk with the job details if you haven’t heard anything by Monday 🙂

    Dave.
