Hi, our dishwasher has been playing up alot. On switching on, it first drains any water and then pumps water in, but then another pump does not begin to “cycle” the water and clean the dishes. We have had an engineer out who said that this cycling pump maybe faulty but we have had it tested and the pump is fine. On putting the pump and machine back together the dishwasher worked for about half a dozen full washes but then stopped again at the above mentioned cycling point. Could it be a faulty circuit board or are we missing something?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is a Whirlpool manufactured model, check the led’s on the control panel when it fails. They (or one of them) should flash in a sequence x flashes – pause x flashes etc. indicating a fault code 🙂

    Dave.
