Hi, we’ve got a Halogen hob, tricity soverign oven we’ve inherited without instruction manual. Managed to work out how to set the timer, and how to set the ovens to come on and go off using the timer, but can not work out how to just switch the thing on and then off without using the timer – how does one do that?
THe oven controls are 2 rows of 4 buttons and a rotary knob to the right.

To turn on either top or bottom oven, press left hand button on either top or bottom row of four and dial in clockwise to required temperature. Selected oven comes on.
To turn off, press same button again, and dial back anti-clock until large zeros appear, not small. Ensure temp indicator light has clicked off, otherwise oven is still on. Turning these ovens off has been a pain for last 20 years from new! Both hands are required. Anyone know a quicker single handed way?
