    Hi, I have this fridge freezer…

    The fridge part works fine and gets cold without any problems, however the freezer gets coldish (well about the same as the fridge) but no colder… EG it doesn’t freeze things…

    I have tried changing the temperature guage in the fridge and it makes no difference.

    If it is any help there is a green light (I assume power) on permanently.. and a red light (I don’t know what this does) also on when the temperature is set above 0… (The guage runs from 0 to 6/Very Cold)….

    If anyone has any ideas and could suggest a replacement part I would be eternally grateful…

    Oh I forget to mention, there is a switch on the top of the freezer with either one or two drops of water…

    I have no idea what this does so if anyone could help…

    I think you have a system failure to be honest, failing compressor, refrigerant shortage or system blockage.

    Only an engineer with the correct test equipment will be able to check properly for you, try the repairs@ link below 🙂
