    Oven works fine but cooling fan motor runs continuously after oven controls switched off. Only way to stop it is to switch off at wall and motor starts running again whenever power is switched on.

    Just looking for confirmation that the usual thermal cut off (8996619267611) is the likely fault.

    It’s definitely got that thermal cut-out fitted so I would say it is yes 😀

    Just to say that that new thermal cut-off did the trick.
    I`ve replaced lots where the oven has been cutting off after a period of time but this device obviously controls the top cooling fan and can result in the fan running constantly.
