    please can anybody help,i have to go on a call tomorrow to repair a baumatic b10 ceramic hob , the client tells me that the only way to get a front plate to work is to switch the back one on direcly behind it,this apparantly suddenly just started to happen,anybody any ideas !. thanks larry. 😕

    No info on the model I’m afraid larry but my guess is it’s an induction unit ?

    Dirty hob glass can cause this sort of thing at times if it’s a touch control model 😕
