So right Bob,….customer ” my machine needs a service”, me ” whats wrong with it”, customer, “nothing, it just needs a service”, me “If it is working fine then there is little or nothing to service”, customer, “oh, well it is making a very strange noise, and leaking a bit” 👿
They somehow think that if they have a ‘service’ it will cure everything at very little expense.
It annoys me at this time of year must get about 5 a week it’s working but i dont want it breaking down over xmas or new year can you check the brushes etc , and somebody that realy needs a repair cant get it explain to them its a breakdown cover onlyoh! i thought it was a maintenace contract
