    🙁 Hi can anyone help please – I have a hygena electric oven (7/8 years old) which has just stopped working. It is a combined oven/grill. I have noticed there is a thin loose metal rod at the back of the oven which connects to the grill that has come detached and is just hanging. Does anyone know what this part is called so i can order a new part. And also would it be repairable? Thanks

    The thin metal rod will be the thermostat probe. In what way does the oven not work? Model number would also help…….. 😀
