    Is there something different about the door latch on this model?.
    Customer reports the white plastic door latch has broken and is stuck in the interlock. All the WMAs that I have seen have a metal door latch striker. If I order a metal striker will it fit?. CDSL medator lists 1604424 as the latch for this model but this part number is “not found”.

    I think you’ll find your customer has a WM54 Mike 😉

    1602393 – normal latch plate for that model.

    WMA54 does have the metal pecker etc the same as the usual WMA machines.

    I got the customer to go and look at the machine, she says its definately a WMA54P. I have booked a call for Monday. I will be interested to see what I find!.

    Ah, in fact looking at the picture, it’s a plastic pecker on the Aquarius models 😯

    Part number 1604456 (release lever/pecker/pin etc in a kit), that’s probably what she means 😀
