    Reported fault – Not heating.

    Checked the Heater, wires, Thermostat, NTC and PCB. Found no power from PCB, but all else checks out.

    At the end of the wash the customer advises it displays either E2 or E3, customer cant remember which.

    Anyone with the resistances of the NTC ❓

    It looks to me like the relay on the pcb has failed.

    Any ideas ❓

    16°C – 12.0KΩ
    22°C – 8.9KΩ
    35°C – 7.5KΩ
    45°C – 5.7KΩ
    54°C – 4.4KΩ
    55°C – 4.7KΩ

    Worth checking the NTC first Beta 🙂

    to finish the thread –

    many thanks to Dave-Conway, as soon as i saw the temps with resistance i saw the NTC was to blame.
