If you’re certain the pressure switch is OK, I’d be tempted to suspect a faulty recon module 😉

Dave. taken all cables off pressure switch, pump still runs, I also feel module may be faulty, will try another module first.

Not sure if this applies here but a couple of times I had Servis machines doing strange things because one inlet valve had gone SHORT circuit ❗
As it was inline with the pump (as a flood prevention mechanism) this led to constant pump out at any fill position. If both valves were energised this could lead to simultaneous fill + pump out.

This is quite common. Often due to slight differences in the thickness of the PCB. ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS tighten every pin in each of the 3 edge connectors when changing these modules otherwise these strange faults crop up. I know it sounds illogical that if a pin does NOT make, that the pump should run BUT these modules use a 28 pin microcontroller and 1 pin down often switches unwanted items ON ! Customers often say ‘the edge connectors felt tight’ – well that’s just not good ebough. Tony EMW
