    Hi we have a hotpoint dishwasher bf71 .And it wont get rid of the water you can here the pump running but no water comes out.Does any one know how to get the pump out, we can see it but cant get access to it.

    Outer door skin off, plinth off then remove the hose going in front of it 😉

    It’s a Bosch by the way 🙂
