Diplomat not heating up

    Hi I got a used diplomat dishwasher with no manual, I have connected it and it goes through it’s cycle but the water does not seem to heat up.

    I think left side lights 4 & 5 flash, may even be 3,4 & 5.

    It could just be the fact the element has gone but thought I would ask on here first. Any help would be great.
