    Hi All,

I have a problem with this machine, it start to load the whater, then start to wash, start the heating session, but after one minute the heating session is stopped.I got to tell that the timer does not start to rotate, and it does not show any error code flashings, but the machine do the washing operation normaly 😕 . I change the heater element, and the thermistor.I check the earth connections of the earth circuit and I read no earth leaking, but still no heating. 😕 I disconnect the plugs of the heater element of the machine, and I put another heater, but out from the machine, and i started . Looks that in this case the heating session works.
Any ideas will be very helpfull. 🙁
    Cheers,
    Florin

Heater is operated by a relay on the computer board. These fail regularly. Dry solder joints on the board are a regular fault. Also, regular problems with wiring in the heater/thermistor area – the wiring breaks inside the insulation, so nothing to see – continuity testing required, also pulling at the connectors at the same time.

Many thanks Penguin45, but you see, i`ll check the continuity. Although if the motor works, and if I put another consummer instead the heater element of the machine the pcb do the work.I`ll check also the black wire witch goes to the motor.
Anyway, thank you for your help.

    cheers,

Check the continuity, check the relay contacts on pcb, earth circuit of the machine is ok, but I still have same problem: the heater`s relay make the contact, but only for one minute then stops. In this time the machine do the wash program till the end, without any error signals and timer`s knob rotations.
Any ideas how this problem can be resolved? 🙁

    Cheers,
    Florin
