    Hiyas,
Been to see one of these machines today. Fault reported is taking too long to wash. Select the wash program and display shows 1 hour 50 mins. 3 hours later it’s still showing 50 mins. Heater checks out ok, thermistor appears to be ok. Would a faulty module cause this?
I believe this model has it’s own fault codes (although there’s no code showing) and also has a test program.
    Any help greatly appreciated.

    Thanks
    Brian

Sounds like an oddball one that. Can you see if the heater is drawing current by checking the meter?

    Test info on the way.

PS. You didn’t actually wait 3 hours watching it did you?

LOL, I wish, no, set it going on the way out to some jobs and called in on the way back. I’ll stick the clamp meter on it next visit to check if it’s drawing current when it should be heating.
Thanks for the email, very much appreciated.

Hiya Mate, I would change the Module because those machines are very good at picking up faults and letting you know!!

In the backof my mind I remember an incident on this machine where the hoses were reversed (hot and cold) and the machine sticks on the stepped cooling rinse cycle.
