Hello oh wise ones.
Cleaned my Hygena AHY32** cooker last night. (Why do we do these things so close to a global retail shutdown when we have guests coming to Christmas dinner ❓ )
Took the inner glass out, gave it a nice scrub, all sparkling clean. Went to put it back and with a ~crack~ the right hand (as I look at the door) little tongue clip thing at the top of the door which you slip the glass under broke. Managed to get the glass back in with the remaining top clip and the two bottom ones. It’s reasonably secure and will cope with cooking Christmas dinner. But, I’ve two questions:
1) Is there any heat resistant tape I can buy today (christmas eve!) that will hold the glass securely until I can get it fixed
2) Can I buy this clip separately (if so what’s it called, where do I get it from) or do I have to buy a whole new door (if so, how much and where from?)
Any suggestions welcome
Compliments of the season and all that….
