    Hi please could you tell me how to get into the machine to replace the element as i have a new one and the old one is dead.

    Is it very difficult to do.

    Any advice would be very much appreciated.

    We can only (for legal reasons) give general guidance Sara I’m afraid.

    Most importantly, unplug 1st :zap:

    Removing the back panel is the way in 😉

    If you need further help I would suggest an engineer is called, check the repairs@ link below 🙂
