    Hi Folks

    Anyone know if the pedestal bearing for Hoover Twin tub still available and where I can get one from… Tried couple of regular suppliers and looks like it is obsolete.. So if anyone out there can help it would make a little old lady very happy.

    Qualtex still list it 😯

    Part number MTS07 but whether they have any, worth a call though.

    Tried Qualtex but won’t give me any info as no a/c with them.. thet gave me CDS phone no but tried them they say it’s obsolete.. so if you could do a garage search for me Martin would be very obliged.. Ive got a pedestal, circlip and washer on my van so just need the bearing if you have one… Many thanks

    Mick,

    It’s just the ballrace bearing all you need then? They are pretty standard though I don’t know the size but its marked on the old one for sure!

    On further investigation I find the ballrace bearing is a 629ZZ (Qualtex BRG02) and I have a couple on the van in fact if you don’t so PM your address if your stuck and I’ll post one?

    Managed to get one from CDS with the part no you gave me.. well its in the post anyway. So many thanks for your help Martin.
