    hi my machine is not working it starts to fill up then turns its self of and the programn dial cotinously goes around without stopping there is no blockage in the filter have you any idea what it is and how much it might cost

    You need to count how many times the light is flashing between pauses as the knob is clicking. This should give us some information as to what the problem is. If you have checked the filter then you probably have done as much as you can without proffesional help.

    hi the machine comes on, light flashes then goes off and the dial just keeps clicking around

    Does that mean that it only flashes once then stays off or it flashes once, goes off then flashes once again etc ?

    also starts to fill then goes of no light just clicking it did stop draining about 2 days before but was still washing ok but now nothing

    That’s bit odd, the light should flash/pause/flash in sequence.

    Assuming the normal checks have been done (filter cleaned, water supply ok and hoses not kinked etc) I think it’s time for an engineer to be honest.

    hi just to add that i have just counted 10 flashes it starts to pump water in for about 15 to 20 seconds then the light goes out and starts to flash about 10 times any thoughts on the fault thanks

    If the count is 10, you have a problem with the water level control system. The level switch needs checking for function, the air hose for blockages or leaks.

    Power off if doing this yourself.

    hi i know it sounds stupid but where abouts is the level switch and air hose so i can tell my hubby any websites that give you pictures many thanks
