    Hi,
    Can anyone give me a bit of advice on changing the bearings on my LG WM1280 FHD.I have got the bearings but cant see how to remove the direct drive motor from the drum.Any help would be very welcome.

    The drum pulley is held centrally with one bolt on a splined shaft, remove this and there are 5 or 6 bolts holding the stator in place.

    Hi…….Just one other thing is it easy to get the motor off and does it just slide off the spline or does it need some force to do it.Thanks again lee

    Once you have undone the bolts it just falls off just be careful with the plug connectors.
