IIRC there’s a screw at the bottom of a long narrow shaft on the bottom of the m/c, which is the awkward bit to splitting the body 😕

    Hi John,

Do you mean you are trying to still get the wheels off?

If so they are being held by a `claw` (part of the wheel moulding) and are quite strong. If you can imagine when they are assembled you just align this claw with the axle and give it a whack with the flat end of your fist and, `pop`, on it goes.

To disengage this claw needs a resonable bit of leverage and courage 😯 . I use two chunky, biggish long shanked flat bladed screw drivers. I force them down close to where the wheel clips on but 2-3 inches apart then jerk them away from the body to `pop` the wheel off. You can then get at the screws. Plain sailing after that 🙂 .

    Good luck.

Laurence, thats exactley what I ment, I did manage to release them, by having a educated guess, and useing a long screwdriver, but many thanks for your reply, always find dysons awkward to dismantle, unless you have prior knowledge of them.

    Cheers john.
